Terms of use

Chapter 1. General rule 

Article 1 (Purpose)
1. According to the Telecommunications Business Act and the enforcement ordinance of the same Act, this terms and condition aims to stipulate the terms and conditions of use, procedures, membership rules, and other necessary matters of an internet travel service hosted by Gangwon-do, operated by Gangwon Tourism Association and provided by Plus Planner Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company).
Article 2 (Effect and Application of Terms and Conditions)
1. The contents of these terms and conditions become effective by posting them on the service screen or by notifying members in other ways. 
2. We may change these regulations, and the changed regulations will take effect by stipulating in the same way as in paragraph 1.
Article 3 (rules other than the terms and conditions) 
1. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of the Telecommunications Main Act, the Telecommunications Business Act and other related laws.
Article 4 (definition of terms)
1. The terms used in this regulation are defined as follows.
  • A. Users: Anyone who uses the services provided by our company
  • B. Member: Among users, those who have signed a service use contract with us
  • C. ID: A letter selected by the member and approved by the company for member identification and member service use, or a combination
  • D. Password: A combination of letters and numbers determined to confirm that the member is a member that matches the ID given by the member, and to protect the member's own secret
  • E. Termination: When the company or member cancels the service contract after opening the service

Chapter 2. Membership registration and service use contract

Article 5 (establishment of use contract) 
1. The contract of use is established by the company's acceptance of the use of the user's application for use and the consent of the user's terms and conditions.
2. Those wishing to sign up for a member and use the service must provide personal information requested by us.
3. Those who wish to use the service by signing up as a member must provide information on the designated online registration application form, and other information is optional.
  • -User number (ID) -Password (PASSWORD) -Name (real name/English name) -Phone number and address
4. In addition to the above, we may add additional information deemed necessary by us, and we will announce this fact. 
Article 6 (approval of application for use)
1. We approve when a user applies for use by accurately filling out the matters specified in Chapter 2
2. The Company may withhold the acceptance of applications for the following.
  • - When there is no room in facilities or there is a technical obstacle
  • - Other cases deemed necessary by the head office
3. The Company may not comply with the following application for use.
  • If your name is not your real name
  • When the application is made using another person
  • When applying for use by writing the required details as permission
  • When applying for the purpose of hindering the well-being and order of society or morals
  • Other cases in which the requirements for application for use set by our company are insufficient
  • When other requirements for use application set by our company are incomplete
Article 7 (change of contract details) 
1. Members must make amendments online if the information entered at the time of application for use is changed. Users are responsible for any damage caused by not modifying them.
Article 8 (protection of personal information)
1. When collecting information from service users, we must obtain the consent of the user and collect only the minimum necessary information, and the user may view, correct or delete his or her personal information from time to time through online
2. The Company shall never provide, lose, or disclose personal information of users to a third party without the consent of the user, and we are responsible for all damages to customers caused by failure to observe this. However, exceptions apply in the following cases.
  • A. When there is a request from a state agency, etc. under related laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications
  • B. When there is a criminal investigation purpose or at the request of the Information Communication Ethics Committee
  • C. In case of providing customer information to the delivery company during delivery business
  • D. In case of sharing some information only for banking related matters
  • E. For the purpose of creating statistics, promotional materials, academic research, etc. that cannot identify a specific person
  • F. When there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated by other related laws
    In the event of unreasonable cases such as leakage of personal information without the consent of the user, a report can be made through phone 02-654-4111, e-mail speedtour@speedtour.co.kr, Korea Consumer Protection Agency, and the Conspiracy Center. You are obligated to take appropriate action.

Chapter 3. Service use

  1. Members are responsible for all management of ID, email and password. Members are responsible for all consequences arising from negligence and illegal use of IDs, emails, and passwords given to members.
  2. If your ID, e-mail and password are used illegally, the member must notify us of the fact.
Article 9 (Obligation to manage member ID, email, and password)
Article 10 (type of service)
 
1. We may change the content and type of service, and any changes will be notified through notice. The types of services are as follows.
  • A. Reservation/sale of airline/hotel service through internet online
  • B. Reservation/sale of travel products through internet online
  • C. Other travel related products and information services
     
Article 11 (provision of information)
1. We may provide users with various types of information deemed necessary while using the service by e-mail, wired media, correspondence, etc.
Article 12 (suspension of service provision)
 1. We may stop providing some or all of the services in the following cases.
  • A. In case of inevitable construction such as repair of service facilities
  • B. When the telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services
  • C. When there is a problem with normal service use due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or congestion in service use
     
Article 13 (Our responsibility to maintain service)
1. The Company maintains the service provision facility in an operational state at all times, and promptly repairs and restores the facility for service provision when a failure occurs or the facility is destroyed.
Article 14 (User's Obligation)
1. When using the service, the user must not perform any of the following actions.
  • A. Using fraudulent ID
  • B. Reproducing information obtained from the service for purposes other than member use, using it for publication, broadcasting, or providing it to a third party without prior consent of the company
     
  • C. Acts that infringe other rights such as copyrights of third parties
  • D. Acts that are objectively judged to be associated with crime
  • E. Acts that violate other related laws
  •  
2. Users must comply with the restrictions on use, as stated in the provisions of this regulation, the service usage guide, and notices or separately announced.
3. Users cannot conduct business activities using the service without prior approval from the company, and are not responsible for the results of business activities and the results of business activities in which the user violates the regulations.
 

Chapter 4. Service fee

Article 15 (system of fees, etc.)
 1. The service fee system we provide is as follows.
  • -Sign up for website: Free
  • - Travel related information: Free
  • - Travel service sales: paid
  • - We may change the service fee, and details of the fee will be announced separately.

Chapter 5. Termination of contract and restriction of service use

  1. When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member himself/herself must apply for termination to the company online.
  2. The Company may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service by a fixed period if the member has performed any of the following actions.
  • A. In case of using fraudulent ID or stealing e-mail and password
  • B. If you intentionally interfere with service operation
  • C. In case of intentionally distributing content that is hindering public order and morals
  • D. In case of damaging the honor or disadvantage of others
  • E. When a member plans or executes the use of the service for the purpose of hindering the national interest or social public interest
  • F. In case of violation of the terms of use set by other companies
Article 16 (Termination of Contract)
 
  1. If the Company intends to restrict use pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5, Article 1, Paragraph 2, the reason, date and time, period, and other matters shall be determined and notified to the user or agent by e-mail or other methods. However, this is not the case if the company acknowledges that it is necessary to urgently stop using it.
  2. A user or agent who has received a notice of restriction of use pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1 may file an objection if there is any objection to the notice of suspension of use.
  3. The Company may temporarily postpone the suspension of use until the period for confirmation of objections pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2, and notify the result to the user or its agent.
  4. The Company will immediately cancel the suspension of use if it is confirmed that the reason for the suspension has been resolved during the suspension period.
Article 17 (Restrictions on Use)

Chapter 6. Service fee

  1. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to users in connection with the use of the free service.
  2. The Company shall indemnify the member for damages prescribed by the relevant laws for all damages caused by reasons attributable to the Company in connection with the services provided for a fee.
  1. In the event that the Company cannot provide the service due to natural disasters or force majeure event, the company is exempted from responsibility for the provision of the service.
  2. We are not responsible for any obstacles in using the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
  3. We are not responsible for any loss due to the profit or loss expected by the member using the service or data obtained through the service.
  4. We are not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.
Article 18 (Matters concerning compensation for damages)

Article 20 (Competent Court)
1. When a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the company shall be the competent court.

Chapter 7. Refund Policy

Article 21 (Refund)
  1. When a customer requests a refund, it is implemented according to the regulations.
  2. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected tour date.
  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours before the start of the tour.
  4. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
